I paid £56 for this room and got what I expected in regards too the room and cleanliness. But the staff set it apart as nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and welcoming and will certainly be back. The location is ideal, just as you get off the ferry with railway links just across the road

This was a cheap and cheerful hotel, situated above the bar below. The room was very clean and comfortable it was all I needed to get my head down. Tea coffee and bottled water complementary in the room. The ensuite was spotless.

Easy check in and check out . They also allowed us to check in much earlier at no extra cost. The room was lovely and clean with water and plenty of coffee and tea. All staff very friendly. Room was lovely and warm

Exceptionally clean room with a spectacular view across the Solent. Location is also extremely convenient for transport links and the town centre.

The room was massive with an amazing view. Comfy bed and good shower. The staff were very friendly and the bar beneath, while obviously noisy on the Saturday night (they had a DJ) was all quiet by 00:30.

Clean spacious room. Good central location, close to hovercraft terminal, with good views over the Solent. Communal kitchen and dining area. Large comfortable bed. A good night's sleep.
