It's in a nice location and ideal place for stay for travellers. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for one person and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent location, within short distance to Paris city centre and Saint Denis stadiums. The rooms are quiet and cool during the heat wave (even without AC, which is fantastic!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bakeries and restaurants close by. This is not a super touristy area, which we really loved as it means more locals and less expensive prices. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean.

I was unaware it was an apartment, and was expecting hotel reception - instead the owner had to arrive from work and had insufficient time to make sure all equipment was working. I had to reboot the wifi on the TV to get it going. There is one livingroom powerpoint which does not operate, and the ironing board is broken.

Location very good at the end of subway metro 14 and also metro 13 . So 15 minutes to centre of Paris. Shops ( like lidl & carf. ) and restaurants are near hotel . The room is narrow but it is sufficient for sleeping and simple use. The bed is comfortable and the private bathroom is spacious and well equipped. Generally good for price.

It worths the price because I hardly could find a hotel with private bathroom and toilet with this price in Paris! It is really near the Metro station, just 5 minutes walk.
