We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and had a lovely time overall. Location is great as the bus station is in front of the hotel and the train station a 5’ walk.

We were extremely lucky as we were upgraded to the most incredible suite - the staff was wonderful, they were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were also super lucky to have a half board booking and dinner was incredible - the options were wonderful! Breakfast was also perfect - and the room it is served in is just simply lovely. All in it was a very memorable stay and I can’t wait to go back! Already booking my next visit. Also the price was really reasonable!

We loved the suite, breakfast and dinner served in the restaurant. With the free train and bus passes we could get to any point in the region and around towns. The spa was great to relax after a day out. Staff went out of their way from the check-in, in the restaurant to the spa to make it an unforgettable experience at Hotel Bernina 1865.
