Nice safe location in San Jose. Room had what I needed. Opposite Cafe Rosalina, which did a lovely breakfast.

The staff is super helpful, I had a problem with the room lock and they took care of it quickly. Nice places for breakfast just on the other side of the rooad, specially 100 years old Greenlees. Spacious work desk. Good shower. Comfortable bed.

Great hotel, looks a bit shady in the outside pictures, but actually very nice inside and good location, walkable distance to downtown or train station. Good value for money

Room was spacious with a desk and lots of lighting options. Good size fridge and TV with plenty of channels plus a microwave. Adjustable room temperature.

I liked the comforting and home-like vibes my room gave. I am a college student and stayed here for a couple weeks and loved coming back to my room and relaxing. The entire room except the bathroom area was carpeted which I really liked. The single seater sofa was comfy and I enjoyed sleeping on the extremely comfortable bed. There were 3 well lit lamps in the room: 2 on either side of the bed and one on the desk. The desk lamp came in handy as I completed my work.

The location was great for what I was needing-that was an overnight stay after flying into San Jose before traveling up to SFO by train the next day. The area has plenty of food options nearby and a grocery store is a walkable distance away. The room was spotlessly clean maybe a little dated but no biggie. The staff were very friendly and helpful
