Excellent central location very handy for Tapas bars. We had French windows onto the plaza where buses stopped, but not noisy at night. You enter from the plaza behind.

It is a nice pension, very central. However, not that clean as other reviews may lead to think, at night a very gross smell comes out of drainers, that was quite unpleasant. Not sure if breakfast included in the reservation, it was a non tasty snack and coffee from a machine.

Superfriendly staff, that really stood out. They are proactive, very accessible and ready to support any request. The location is perfect, right in the old center but without any nuisance and still close to parkings.

Very thoughtful service, very communicative especially through WhatsApp. It is not a luxurious hotel but very good value for money and absolutely fantastic location. Lots of shopping and food within minutes. Very helpful information with parking and parking discount! They provide coffee daily and tea and little cakes which was a good touch. Basic soaps also available.

The very central location between the old and more modern sections of the city centre. Close to all tourist sites and attractions. Easy to walk everywhere including train station. Plenty of bars, restaurants, nice shops close at hand. Nice outlook from balcony. Pleasant, helpful and communicative staff. For this type of basic accommodation the rest of the facilities were fine. Fridge, basic cutlery and crockery with tea and coffee provided was a welcome addition.

Location and easy access to old town and surrounding districts. Grest modern spacious room, excellentcwrt room/bathroom, fridge and complimentary teas coffee etc. Very very friendly helpful receptionist

Excellent front-desk staff, super welcoming and kind; superb water pressure in the shower and overall good cleanliness; its fab location for visiting the city/enjoying the food in the old town; the discounted price when leaving the car in a local underground parking nearby.

Excellent location and nice view. Ideal for the Old town and the beaches on both sides of town. Easy to find and walk to from the Bus station. The entrance is from Plaza Sarriegi though. Staff were friendly and the facility had free coffee and tea. Bed was comfy and had a nice sleep.
