It’s a good, old-fashioned, straightforward one-star hotel. It had everything I needed and nothing I did not need. (For example, I have no need for an elevator to go up 2 floors - really!) It was clean and central. It is in a lively, atmospheric street that is very central, and the sound insulation from the street noise is very good. There’s a cafe downstairs for breakfast. I enjoyed my time there immensely. It is very good value.

A small boutique hotel in the historic center of Santiago, a few minutes from the cathedral and a few meters from the airport bus stop (which is good, as taxes are almost impossible to find). The property is in an old house, so services are essential: no elevator and breakfast at the nearby cafeteria (same owners). The furniture is old but clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is adequate.

The location was excellent! We walked all over the Old Town and loved the street that the hotel was on with all of its shops and cafes etc. The breakfast was great-- right beside the hotel in a lovely little cafe.

Great location and very helpful staff. Balcony over an old street is always a treat for us colonials. I think the place had underfloor heating which would be great in winter which I think is the best time to go. The city like most of Western Europe is crawling with visitors ,including us I suppose, up until October. Breakfast is a non event. Coffee and a croissant. Probably better to buy something up the road.

very central position right in the middle of hustle and bustle with lots of atmosphere. lovely little balcony looking over the street was great! Was great to have a kitchen area to use (although we didnt) and the place was very clean.
