Great location just outside of the main streets, nice owners, 1 of the best options we found for food, nice big rooms that were clean, awesome view. Incredible hot chocolate! We were there in bad weather but still really liked our stay. We didn't book any trekking through the homestay but they did recommend we go to Fansipan summit on a foggy day because it would be sunny up there and they were correct!

This place was fantastic! From the staff to the food and facilities, we were genuinely happy with our stay at Fansipan Terrace Cafe & Homestay. We arrived at 5 a.m. on a cold winter morning, and the owner kindly let us wait inside the restaurant until it opened, even providing hot beverages to keep us warm regularly during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering tips on places to visit despite the foggy weather making some attractions less ideal. While the December fog obscured the view from our room, I imagine it would be stunning in the summer. I would definitely go back if i'm in SAPA.

The view from the twin room is absolutely stunning! I could lie on my bed and watch the clouds go by all day. The room is clean and basic amenities like kettle and hangers are present. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It is a popular cafe among the locals for its great location overlooking the valleys and terraces.

The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. Great view from the room/ terrace when fog lifted. The cafe food is very good and fresh so great if you want to eat in. Nice breakfast included

Stayed in the dormitory, but you get the mountain view! Everything is good. Would definitely choose this place again if i come to Sapa!

Staff were super nice, beds comfy, and of course the view was amazing. Lockers were a good size in the dorm, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice, there’s a menu to pick a meal and a drink. Close to restaurants and shops etc without being noisy. Would definitely stay again.
