Surrounded by boutique shops and restaurants, Impiana Private Villas Seminyak is located right in the heart of Seminyak. Featuring traditional Balinese architecture with its signature thatched roofs, each villa offers a private pool and a seating area.
Seminyak Beach is only a 1.5 km away from Impiana Private Villas Seminyak, while Legian Beach is about 2.5 km away. The property is around 4.8 km from the iconic and lively Kuta Beach whilst Bali Denpasar International Airport is 6.3 km away. Airport shuttle is available upon request at an extra fee.
All of the villas come with tropical gardens and day beds. Each villa has a kitchen and dining area. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo with iPod dock. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and free amenities.

The staff are amazing and the food was delish , will definitely go back and stay. The rooms were made up daily and the linen changed daily if required. the villas are stunning and the pools magical.

We loved our deluxe one bedroom villa. Very private, beautiful tropical garden with an amazing pool! The villa was spotless and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you were having a great stay. The villa location was perfect, on JL. Kunti. There are more Impiana villas located on Sunset side. These are too far away for easy walking access to great shopping, bars and restaurants and the large supermarket, located across the road on JL. Kunti. The Indian Restaurant and Oswego Bar/Restaurant, located on either side of the main Impiana Reception were beautiful. Both great food and customer service. The property pics on the booking site truly reflect the actual reality of the beautiful villas at Impiana Private Villas, Seminyak. Thank you for our surprise villa upgrade, Sindy. 😊

Stunning Villa, really well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The staff were all excellent, made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed my relaxing stay. The spa is recommended too and also the curry restaurant. Both were on point.

The staff at Impiana go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, the facilities and location are amazing. After travelling to Bali for almost 30 years I can highly recommend. Special mention to Dede and the staff at Oswego restaurant who looked after us and made breakfast an enjoyable experience.
