7 minute walk from local trains. Great staff. Very good, clean facilities. I found the bed to be a tiny bit stiff but that is probably because I am used to being a pampered Westerner.

Good location, there are three train stations close to the hotel Manager and staffs ware super nice, and they all speak pretty good English.

Location is amazing, a lot of important stations are nearby, convinience stores as well. Kitchen/living room common space is spacious, well equiped and you can use the washing machine too.

K stay Blue boat guesthouse in Myengdong is really great. Great service and all you need for a stay (hygiene, tooth paste, shampoo and soap + washing and drying machine that you could use). The kitchen and common area as well as the bathroom are really clean and good enough for the amount of persons staying in the guesthouse. My friend and I really felt comfortable and were close from everywhere and particularly Myengdong shopping street which was really great to visit Seoul. Moreover I forgot my water bottle in there, and the team, JJ helped me to have it back. Thanks again for everything !
