Great hosts - very kind and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Nice view from the balcony. Very close to the beach. Also very close to the bus stop number 5. Great place to stay in Skiathos!

Beautiful, clean, authentic, picturesque, great views, beautiful pool and sunbeds, relaxing, good location to the beach, town accessible by foot, buses frequently directly outside the property, lovely maintained garden borders, Rania & Stelios absolutely perfect hosts, there whenever you need them, always present at their lovely bar, but allow guests to feel at home at their home. They welcome repeat guests due to their hospitality.

I highly recommend staying at Villa Nina! It's fabulous - everything about the accommodation, location, service etc - plus the hosts are wonderful! You really couldn't ask for more - I loved every minute of my stay...

good size rooms, very good aircon, two bathroom/showers, both very clean with nice toiletries... Amazing view from the balcony 😁 The bed was very comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space.

The property was in a great location , just 2 minutes to the beach and a 10 minute walk in to skiathos town , there’s a bus stop right outside the property and the bus runs every 10 minutes , which for two or three euros per person will take you to some great beaches , there are 26 stops on the bus route and apparently each stop there is a beach . The property was very clean and the beds were made daily and changed regularly with fresh towels , the owners Stellios and Rania were very welcoming and very helpful and friendly , all in all we had had a great holiday and loved our stay at villa Nina

Just got back from an amazing holiday in Skiathos. Villa Nina was absolutely perfect. The lovely owners, Rania and Stelios were so friendly, welcoming, professional and polite. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink by the pool, which was a lovely gesture. My single room was perfect for me, as a solo traveller. The pool and bar area is so inviting and a great area to hang out , have a drink, something light to eat, meet other guests and best of all get to know the lovely Rania and Stelios, who love to help and advise guests on things to do, places to go, places to eat, how to get around, reservations, nothing is too much trouble for them, they really just want all their guests to be happy. The view of the sea and beautiful green hillside, from the pool area is absolutely stunning. The cleaners clean the rooms every day and do a great job, my room was always clean and fresh. I cannot praise Villa Nina, Rania and Stelios highly enough, they really made my stay perfect. I'm so looking forward to returning in September, for what will be my second of many more trips to come. Thank you Rania and Stelios ☺️ xx

The hosts Rania and Stelios were absolutely incredible! They made us feel so at home and gave us recommendations every single day. They are the reason we had such an amazing holiday in Skiathos. They work so so hard and Villa Nina is so beautifully authentic, really peaceful and the location means it’s easy to reach every part of the island. I would stay here time and time again! We couldn’t fault a single thing, thank you for everything!
