The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

My 5th stay at this hotel so seen many standards of rooms and each time I come away very pleased with my choice. Rooms are always clean, linen crisp, comfy bed , towels soft and a good shower with L’occitaine products. On top of this a great atmospheric location. What more can one ask for?

Very good location in St Andrews. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We managed to park right outside the hotel, although I expect it might be difficult to find a spot at busy times. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the hot food cooked freshly to order.

The room was really cosy, bed comfortable with good quality sheets. Modern bathroom with great shower. The location was fantastic, opposite beach and a 5 minute walk from the shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located and modern. The room was excellent, well stocked with teas and coffee etc. Plus high quality soaps etc on the ensuite.

The property is beautiful, modern in an old building and spacious and luxurious. Very comfortable. It’s also perfectly located on the water and near the old course and the walk around the amazing town was an easy flat short loop from our hotel.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. View was nice and the weather was fabulous during our stay. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable.

The full Scottish was a little dry in both the bacon and Blackpudding. Selection very good. Eggs Benedict on Second morning excellent.
