The hotel was super clean and very modern. Rooms are stylish & spacious. The staff were very lovely and went over and above whenever we needed something. We stayed in the suite with jacuzzi which I would recommend, we loved our stay here.

The hotel definitely deserves the 5 star rating: I study law and our exams are online so I like to travel during exam season because I prefer sitting exams in quiet environments, and honestly this was the best hotel I’ve ever sat an exam in and I’ve sat them in multiple hotels/countries but this was by far the best. I had one exam for 5 hours and another for 3 hours and the rooms were so spacious and clean that it makes the perfect study/work environment as well as the fact the desks are the perfect height and size and the chairs are comfortable so it’s easy to sit and do work for long periods of time. The breakfast was really nice, best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had, staff were really helpful during breakfast period they even asked which drink you’d like and made them for you and placed them where you was sitting. Staff were so friendly and helpful, I was asked if I needed any suggestions for my trip however I travel a lot so already had it all planned out. The staff are always happy to call the taxis for you to ensure you get a cheaper rate as well. Not to mention when I asked if they could print my boarding pass for me they done so without hesitation and I had it printed out for me within the space of a minute. There is also a luggage room for your luggage if you arrive early as I did, so I could leave my bags and go explore the city. Shop is a 10 second walk right of the entrance which is really convenient, city centre is only a €12 cab from the hotel and so is the Dajti express (cable cars). My whole stay from start to end was exceptional I have 0 complaints and I will definitely be returning during the next exam season.

For the price, this was the best place that I staid in Albania. It's a new hotel and everything is spotlessly clean. The owners was really kind and picked me up from the airport. Fast wifi, great shower and decent breakfast.

The hotel was clean upon arrival and staff were ready to help whenever we reached out. When we arrived and found out that our charging plug didn’t fit, they provided a plug to help us charge our phones.
