The room was clean, so as the bathroom and living room. The Internet was fast. The hostel stuff was friendly. It's located near the city center. I liked this place.

You don’t need to find a hotel, otel or any capsul. 9h has all what you need. Cheap, high quality, internet and all stuff they give to you. So i recommend if you are alone.

The common areas, capsule and toilet facilities were extremely clean. The capsule hotel is very typical. The walls are a bit thicker so the snoring of other people didn't affect me too much. Unfortunately I spilt ink on the sheets so I had to pay a pretty extortionate 5000 yen fee (which I totally understand. Don't do that!). Although the staff don't speak English they were very nice and the check-in process was smooth. The lobby is actually really pretty and it snowed on the night I stayed there! Nice location. Some complimentary items.

Excellent facilities, clean and helpful staff. If you would like to experience a capsule hotel I highly recommend this place. They have it perfected.

Location is great, only some min walk from a station. Despite of sharing all the spaces, pods area was quite and slept super well. Cost is affordable, no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, sandals and pjs, all is provided along with clean towels.

The location is the best part of this stay, conveniently close to several sightseeing areas. Also, if you choose your stay with breakfast you have the cafe very close to the hotel.

The value here is exceptional as this is the absolute peak of the capsule hotel experience. Excellent amenities complement comfortable and sizable pods that comfortably housed members of our group that were over 6 feet tall. If you wish to try the capsule experience or are looking for a next step up from a hostel, 9h is a must-try!

Clean. Uncomplicated. Authentic. Near to the city centre. Everything you need in the surrounding area like restaurants, Daiso, Convinient stores, supermarket and drug stores. The big lockers were a dream for me. They fit a lot! The showers were beautiful with a rain shower and a big changing area. They provided towels, toothbrush, lounge wear and slippers. I stayed for four nights and they just gave me a second set of towels, which was great.
