The staff were all lovely and tried their hardest to meet any needs we had. They made us feel very valued as guests at the hotel and although there was a language barrier, they used other ways of communication such as a hand-held translation device. They were always very polite, welcoming, patient and friendly. The location was so convenient (only a 2 minute walk from Mejiro station) which was perfect after a full day of walking.

Strategic location, staff is very friendly, room is clean and breakfast is included. Nearby JR station within walking distance. Easily accessed convenient store, bakery, bank, post office, Isetan, pharmacy, Starbucks and etc. Furthermore, this is a children friendly hotel, they provide free toys for children and provide children jinbei sleepwear.

good location. 2min walk from JR train station. 7-11, family mart nearby and couple of food options as well. We stayed in twin room and its not too small. There is also 3 coin laundry at basement. Overall good stay!

Very close to Mejiro station of the Yamanote line which will take you almost everywhere in Tokyo. Rooms are reasonable sized, nice breakfast. If booked enough time in advance, a very reasonable price compare to similar hotels.

It was ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood for attending a conference in Gakushuin university. 3 minutes from a metro station on the Yamanote line that connects to the major tourist sites. Room was clean, fresh towels every day, cool in the summer heat. Staff were extremely helpful. Good breakfast in their restaurant. Great coin laundry in the basement.
