A good choice of stay when you are flying back home from Haneda terminal 3. Very convenient, comfort stay and ideal for last minutes shopping of souvenirs and gift before heading home.

Fantastic room that had a stunning view over the Tama River, with friendly and helpful staff. The shopping centre nearby had lovely shops and restaurants for an evening before an early flight. The baths included are wonderful.

Convenient to airport and 24/7 Lawson (convenient store). Staff were very helpful and accomodating. As advertised. Selection of firm and soft pillows, bed was firm. Great black out windows and access to great spa/gym facilities. Ice machines on our floor w/ a vending machine. Complimentary drinks. Shampoo/conditioner/body soap gentle on skin/hair. Great size bath. Enjoyable stay.

Location is ideal for pre or post flight: it's connected to the airport via a tunnel. Staff are incredibly friendly and polite. Room was very nice. Would stay there again

Location is conveniently located inside the airport so you don’t have to worry about walking in the freezing weather in winter. All the drinks in the fridge are complimentary which is very rare in hotels. Good amenities provided. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is served as a set meal which was very healthy. Bed is firm and shower pressure is one of the best in Japan. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our Japan trip and Villa Fontaine was the best. Staff always greeting us with smiles and are very professional. Premier is way more quieter and not so busy as Grand which is good if you don’t like crowds but of course, you’d pay more.

In general a superb place to stay in connection with an international flight to/from Haneda. Extremely convenient location a 5 minute walk inside from the terminal, and also a number of shops and restaurants in the same building complex as the hotel. Super nice onsen public bath that was included with the room charge. Great service and amenities etc.
