The place is just a delight to stay at. We got the detailed instructions to access our room well in advance. We entered through a beautiful old gate into a nice little garden. The whole interior of the building is designed thoughtfully, the rooms are immaculate, furished with good taste and high quality. The breakfast was superb. Home made cakes, cookies, and quite unusually, savory options too. Santa Croce is a really lovely village, we enjoyed the stroll through it’s narrow streets.

The place is wonderful, quiet, and peaceful. The host provided us with clear directions, and the communication with them was excellent. It was clean and comfortable for sleeping, with a delicious breakfast. A truly authentic Italian place for a perfect getaway. There is a nearby bus stop from where you can easily reach Trieste for a small fare. Highly recommended for this lovely place!

It looks newly built and very well maintained. The hostess was very friendly and would allow my earlier check-in (30min. earlier arrival) And you can see the sky lying on the bed !

The room exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, while the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rooms are well soundproofed, and the location is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. We will definitely return to this accommodation!
