Excellent location at the old city center, close to main attractions and restaurants. An historical building. Some rooms with old style furniture. Good breakfast.

The location of this hotel is very central. The hotel decor is old and needs a much needed upgrade however at the same time it has its charm. I would revisit this one.

The position is amazing. The room is clean and good. I didn’t like that my document was on the checkout desk when I did the checkout and everyone was able to see it. I’d love more privacy in IDs management…

The staff were very professional and very helpful. It is a very old fashioned hotel and it has loads of charm and character. The rooms are basic but have everything you need . The hotel is very central and close to a lot of attractions.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff. Excellent service. I arrived with my family a few hours before check-in time and, before even asking about the luggage storage service, the hotel staff came forward and said that they already had my room available for use. That was amazing. The breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast room is spectacular and the staff who work there are super polite and attentive. As for the hotel itself, it is close to several tourist attractions in Turin, which makes it very easy. I recommend it for families who want to travel to Turin. I note that the hotel building, despite being quite old, has an modern elevator.

The location is perfect! Staff is excellent. Happy with the private car parking. Breakfast basic but ok. The decoration is amazing, feels like a castle. The bed and shower are very good.
