Hotel Overview

La Victoire Boutique Hotel benefits from a privileged location between sea and mountains in the medieval town of Vence, just 16 km from Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport. Modern in design, the en suite rooms are all air-conditioned and soundproofed.
All rooms feature a flat-screen TV. They offer a view of the Place du Grand Jardin or Porte du Peyra, the gateway to the Historic City.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room in the new lounge area of the hotel. A fridge and a microwave are at guests' disposal.
The attentive staff is at your service to help you make the most of your stay from the privileged location in the picturesque Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
Please note that to access the hotel, there are about ten steps.
In addition, we do NOT have PRIVATE PARKING but paid parking is located just in front of the hotel.
Our establishment offers bed service on request before your arrival or during your stay.
For your parking, the public car park of the large garden located under the square is available a few meters from the establishment. The night rate is €2 from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

- clean and comfy - easy check-in with restaurant next door (late check-in not a problem) - middle of the city center with many options for food & groceries in close proximity - underground parking available at a good price - great value for money

Location in the centre of the town. As we arrived late we had to get our key from the restaurant next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a restaurant to us as there’s was full. We had a very inexpensive meal which was excellent on their recommendation

Stayed here before. Excellent location. Modest room, but truly value for money. The (very) nearby underground parking is reasonably priced for overnight.

It’s a fairly simple basic hotel, does breakfast, but we didn’t take that as surrounded by lovely cafes, bakeries etc. Right in the middle of town, lovely helpful staff, clean functional rooms, without much in the way of frills. Very happy stay
