Excellent stay. The staff and Manager were exceptional. Nice room, great views and good food. The spa… well!! We had a Turkish bath and massage and it was the best we have ever had. Kudos to the spa team!

The location of this property is amazing - up the hill. The property also boasts a great panaromic view of the hills of Petra at the pool side. The elderly gentleman at the reception (forgot his name) really helped us in planning our Petra walk and even arranged a drop off and pick up for us. They have an amazing spread for breakfast. There is a nice park which is 3 mins walk away from the property as well.

We stayed 2 night and liked very much. Our room was clean, all staff were so helpful and friendly. You can find typical breakfast products, we had enjoyed it. Pancakes were so delicious. Most importantly breakfast is served at 6.00 am, petra is opening at 6.30. After had a breakfast, you can be at visitor center early. One thing I dislike is position of our room, normally is on the 5th floor but our window is looking to the wall.

From the minute we entered Petra Marriott, we were warmly greeted with a smile. We received excellent service from Mahmood the waiter, the Porters and Chef Baha. The rooms have a spectacular view and in addition, they provide a wonderful amenity kit.

The staff were helpful but there was nothing special about the hotel. It was functional nonetheless. It is very close to the main entrance to Petra.
