Trehellas is a non-smoking hotel.Trehellas cannot guarantee a dinner reservation in the restaurant, unless it is booked prior to arrival.Pets can and will only be accommodated in bedrooms Lostwithiel, Charlestown, Port Isaac and Fowey. There is a charge of £15 per night. Pets booked into other rooms will not be allowed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I was surprised how nice this room was, as I did not pay much for it. I booked it very late in the day and was not expecting much more than just a bed.

Friendly, welcoming staff and spacious room in a central location that was easy to go further west, north or east in Cornwall. As a pescatarian, the salmon in saffron sauce was outstanding as was the crab risotto. The only disappointment was the plastic cups not glasses in the bedroom but we would go back again.

A nice stay and well fed and rested when left. I would suggest it is more upmarket guest house than a hotel. If you like that kind of environment you will love it here. The bedrooms are ok, very clean and what one would expect. The food at dinner was exceptional and the food at breakfast nice. The service was without question some of the best I have received in many places in a long time. The person that checked me in, walked me to the room, served my drinks at dinner, took my order and then helped with the bill, also served my breakfast and looked after me on check out. She was a very busy person but at no time did anything seem to much for the customer. I should have taken the persons name but I am certain the owner knows who I am talking about as he was down doing breakfast with her this morning.

I booked last minute and my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. My option was half board and the meals were very good.
