A Luxury Hotel, best service in the city! Large and beautiful rooms, where everything is designed best for full comfort and a luxury atmosphere. Located very close to a train station. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay, no doubt we will come back!

We stayed in Hyatt Regency Yokohama prior to the cruise. Location is perfect for anyone using the port and easy connection to Tokyo. Facilities were great, hotel very clean with lovely amenities provided. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming and the shower I. The bathroom very old fashioned with unhygienic shower curtain rather than glass screen
