Incredible service, lovely apartment and even better staff who greeted you Every time you came and went regardless of hour! Awesome location, you could even be wanting to stay in and still be extremely well fed without having to leave the block. Train station is directly connected to the building too, so easily accessible as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, best hotel I have stayed at in a very VERY long time!!!

Convenient location near Bashamichi and Sakuragicho stations, cleanliness of rooms, rooms equipped with kitchenette, full size fridge, friendly and helpful staff, supermarket on ground floor was a lifesaver! Love the bay view from the room balcony and Mount Fuji view frm the reception.

The reception is located on the 46th Floor, with service apartments on the 47th to 51st Floors. I was assigned to the highest floor, which had a spacious terrace and stunning views. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is convenient, with the entrance to the subway station just a few steps away. The parking fee is 3000 yen per night, but you can come and go freely at any time except during the late night hours. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is amazing. I think I may have got a good deal but even so, the apartment is huge and super modern, it has everything you'd want and more. The view out over the city was breathtaking. I would be tempted to say that the city view apartments are actually better than the bay view, especially as you might be able to spot Fuji on a clear enough day which I was able to do on the morning I stayed there. Having a gym is an added bonus, it seems incredibly rare for hotels to have a gym in Japan and there is also a restaurant, cafe and bar on the reception floor. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The convenience store and train station is literally downstairs. The view from the balcony is everything. The staff are extremely helpful and professional.
